Group Training Classes


Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session. Sessions are always changing so that we can bring new challenges to our members and help them achieve better results.

Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities (such as barbells,TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight training), offered in a bootcamp format. The sessions are open and accessible to people of all levels of abilities – absolutely no previous experience required!

Our group fitness schedule has options available Monday through Saturday, so there’s lots of availability to fit with your work and family schedules.

9:30AM – Group Fitness – Monday through Friday

12:00 Noon – Group Fitness – Monday through Friday

5:00PM – Group Fitness – Monday through Friday

6:00PM – Group Fitness – Monday through Thursday

Saturday: 9:00AM – Group Fitness

Sunday: Closed


We understand that time is precious, and feeling guilty about taking time for yourself can be a common concern. That’s why we offer concise 45-minute strength and conditioning classes. Our team takes care of all the planning, so all you need to do is show up.

With a frequent class schedule throughout the day, it’s easy to find a time that works for you.

Our strength and conditioning classes guide clients in technique and form, boosting confidence in their workouts. Unlike big-box gyms, where clients often struggle without structure or results, we coach and empower our clients with tailored programming and safe technique.

Take control of your workout

Our memberships are high-value, reasonably priced, often without a contract. Unlike the competition, who can charge upwards of $250 per month for uninspiring workouts, we prioritize a welcoming and supportive community, free from cliques or inner circles.

People crave a sense of belonging and the opportunity to make new friends and workout buddies.

Our approach differs from big-box gyms, hockey/golf facilities, and CrossFit by prioritizing form and technique rather than rep counts, WOD times, or max weight. We foster a non-competitive environment and accommodate busy schedules, whether you are working in an office or from home. Our focus is on helping individuals stay fit and maintain their physicality as they age.  Progress, not perfection, is our motto.


We believe in getting to know each other.  That’s why we recommend that EVERYONE try a free class before deciding to join The Sweat Box.  We are very “soft sell”, and we don’t ask for any credit card or billing info for the free trial.

2. Once you’ve selected your class, you’ll be prompted to create your account with us.

3. When you have created your account, choose “Free Trial” as your payment option.

  • Pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • This pass does not renew automatically.

Three Months Unlimited

$ 479 One-Time Payment
  • Get access to three months of unlimited group fitness classes.
  • No contract, no commitment. This option does not auto-renew.
  • Membership activates on the day of purchase. This membership is not eligible for pause/suspension.
