At The Sweat Box, we focus on three primary ways to train: Personal Training, Group Fitness Training, and Nutrition Coaching. Many of our members choose to “double dip”, by combining two (or all three) of our exceptional fitness services, so they can more easily achieve their personal health goals.

Come find your tribe and enjoy camaraderie and community support with a group training session. Sessions are ever-changing to bring new challenges and better results. Focusing on functional training, our amazing group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities (such as barbells,TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight training), and delivered in a bootcamp format. The sessions are open and accessible to participants of all abilities – absolutely no previous experience required!

Tired of aimlessly wandering the gym floor, spending weeks with no clear routine to follow, and getting little to no results for your efforts? Trying to achieve specific results, but you’re uncertain how to reach those milestones? Need a little extra motivation and accountability? Consider taking advantage of a private fitness training session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. We love working with everyone to help you get fit, stay motivated, build more muscle, and most importantly, feel great about what you see in the mirror.

Nutrition Coaching

Habit-based nutrition coaching on your terms. No calorie counting, no restrictions, just teaching you good habits that will benefit you for the rest of your life. This is one of the parts of the premium fitness experience that you just won’t get at other studios.

Our nutrition programs are delivered primarily online, and they include everything you need to stay accountable, as well as moving towards your goals. Members can easily access our app through your mobile devices or any web browser. You’ll also receive a weekly one-on-one accountability call with your private fitness nutrition coach, either over Zoom or FaceTime depending on your preference.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with the link to access the program.
